ALL Basic Bookkeeping PLUS:

  • Pay clergy and staff (With tax withholding) 
  • Reconcile up to three bank accounts monthly 
  • Coordinate budget with finance committee
  • Complete year-end payroll tax returns and filings

Full-Service Bookkeeping**

QuickBooks Online Professional Services*


ALL Enhanced Bookkeeping PLUS:

  • Reconcile up to five bank accounts monthly
  • Prepare custom financial reports for church council and/or finance committee meetings
  • Prepare financial data for year-end denominal reporting requirements
  • Monitor bank balances & communicate needs
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax filing requirements
  • May include Financial Secretary services
  • May include Church Treasurer services
